A: Most wholesale orders ship within 24 hours. Orders placed Sunday or Monday may require 1 extra day to process.
Q: How do I know if something is in stock?
A: If it’s visible on our site and doesn’t say “Pre-Order,” it’s in stock and ready to ship.
Q: What are your payment options?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal. Net terms are available for qualified distributors.
Q: What shipping carriers do you use?
A: U.S. orders ship via USPS and UPS. International customers may choose USPS International or any UPS international option.
Q: Do you allow drop shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free drop shipping for dealers (standard shipping rates still apply).

A: Yes, we offer wholesale accounts worldwide. However, some items may be restricted by manufacturer agreements.
Wholesale account approval takes 1–2 business days after receiving all required documentation. Once approved, your account will be upgraded to “Wholesale Status” and you’ll be able to place orders by phone or email. Dealers pay actual shipping costs.
